So Weekend.... Saturday 12/12/2009.

We got a call from shivaji maharaj to visit RaiGad Killa... and when shivaji maharaj calls you have to go. So trip to RaiGad... Four persons... Maruti Alto.

We left from Anushakti Nagar at 7 AM in the morning (a bit late because its saturday morning Boss).But we started our trip on time. To drive on NH-17 was a charm green view both sides.......... Amazing view... have a look here..









The trip was nice upto Mahad, but trip to Pachad (23 Km off NH-17) was truely not so pleasing. upto 4 Kms the roads was too bad... but after that it was very good... Many hair pin turns... and believe me... Maruti Alto was performing much better then the Tavera I had after me... (Maruti Guys are u looking at this!!!).

Parking facility was very good.... 25 Rs... much less then my expectation boss... When I park my car in Inorbit Mall... it took 30 Rs so I was very happy to see parking facility...

So finally after a warm meeting with Shivaji maharaj... it was the time to back to mumbai journey....

To be a part of Indian IT Industry, Good or Bad I don't know... In fact I am no body to comment on this... But I am sure about one thing.. IT Industry is actually killing people... Killing? yes! It is killing the personal life and way of thinking.. I remember when I was a child... I was smarter and intelligent... Education ruined me.. very badly.

If you belong to the IT Industry... whenever you have time think about your past.. How intelligent you were before and after being in IT... and tell me the difference. Once upon a time I was intelligent ! Ha Ha !! Now I am professional :-) Its true ! Don't be surprised... This Industry makes people realize that your future will be good... But it destroys the present...

But No Options available... I have to be in this industry for sure................ Oh God!! Give me energy to survive...

Thinking too much!! Go for a long and peaceful drive....

So today finally I got time for myself ! You know what I did... Long Drive... Alone.... I driven fast... really fast... then I got a perfect spot. Have a look on this....... Long Drive is a good way to release the pressure and re-charge the batteries. In fact when you have many things to share.. talk to yourself. Best way or abnormal way? Depends on individual. But I like this way.... You know what Chanakya says on it... Chanakya.. The biggest guru-mantra is: "Never share your secrets with anybody. ! It will destroy you."

Infact from my past I have learnt don't be too honest and too good for anybody... People start taking you as a granted... A person should not be too honest. Straight trees are cut first and Honest people are screwed first... for a professional world and professional life the most important funda is "Keep the secret". Start talking to yourself and be a fan of yourself.... try and feel the difference. Don't be a garbage truck....!! Enjoy life and enjoy yourself....

Sometimes you may not realize the importance of your loved one's.. Your friends, Family....... parents and relatives.. they are equally important. In my professional world, I always tried to put an emotional and personal touch... This helped me a lot because I think to deal with colleagues is much difficult as compare to deal with your friend....... true.. isint't. So My basic concept of success is.. make friends every where.... The whole world... No barriers.

You may ask what I gained from my past... I have earned some very good friends and some very good lessons. Its a part of my life's Sweetest memories... Last month when every thing was going against me.. Job Change, Personal Trouble at the peak I must say.... The only good thing was my friends. They trusted me and they were with me in my bad timings... Solid Boss... True Friends...

You gain something or loose something, For me the most important thing is the learning and improvement. I am a fan of French people, not because they are good to indians but it is because they have the ability to impress people with their Humbleness and Simplicity. Jean-Phillipe and Nico, Two great guys... both very simple... but truely great human beings.. I can never forget their role in my life... In this professional world, they have helped me like big brothers... I am always thankful to them...

so be friendly to everybody and make life simple... This is the funda of my life...

I tried to post some content from my upcoming story book. This is just a short paragraph of it... Relationship and Expectations...

"I can't afford to loose my friends and well wishers. Seriously I always tried to keep a bounding and understanding in every relationships.... But sometimes I forgot that I am also a human being and I also have some limitations.... I lost my friendship with my sweetest friend because we expected a lot with each other... I will not say that I lost her but yes now the ice is a bit more thick... and Now whenever I am trying to break it... It goes more and more thicker....

Actually friendship and Love both are two sides of the coins. Expectation in any relationship is quite obvious.... The Limit is the parameter... this may depend on each other's understanding also.... No definitions on any books.... I still analyzing why I lost her.... No Answer till now... I know she is online on Chat Messenger but I am not able to ping her... May be she also thinks in the same way.... Who will break the ice.... Why we are too far... Nobody can help.... Some Relations are made to break... Finally I broke up with her..? No Its impossible... I can't afford to loose her.... She has to come back.... Come Back my friend.... "

Sometimes we may realize that we are not so important for the world... But we are.. We are like an asset for our friends and family. We are not suppose to spoil our life just because somebody betrayed you and your heart is broken... A bit upset... but its a part of life and part of the game.. Theory of Garbage truck can give us a solution... Now what is theory of Garbage truck...

Read these lines.. This will explain you the theory of Garbage Truck and Life...

One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport. We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us. My taxi driver slammed on his breaks, skidded and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started Yelling at us. My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean he was really friendly.

So I asked, "Why did you just do that? That guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!"

That is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, "The Law of the Garbage Truck."

He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around Full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they all dump it on you. Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets. The bottom line is that successful people do not let garbage trucks take
over their day. Life's too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, So.....

"Love the people who treat you right. Wish well for the ones who don't.."
Life is ten percent what you make it and ninety percent how you take it!....

So Love your loved one's Take Care of your friends, well wishers.... Enjoy every moment of life.... I hope you would have been enlightened by the thought of the taxi driver and I thank my well wisher for Posting this message to me. But at the end take care of back bitters and don't allow any garbage truck to dump all frustration on you.... :-) Enjoy life.. :-)

"You can say your family and friends good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you." Its true. Why because we are human beings with emotions and feelings. In this world Relationships are very important either it is with your family members or friends...

To be friendly with somebody seems easy but its not always easy.. the mindset or wave length among all humans are different... In my life I lost some of my good friends only because of some mis-understanding... and I re-gain them after a talk... I am a big believer of Coffee Cup and Chocolate Meetings... I mean resolving all conflicts on a table..

In this professional world where the most important and most interesting puzzle is to keep a balance between Dreams and Normal or personal life.. Dreams or Personal Life... to choose one between the two is impossible... but to make it possible we have to learn negotiation.. In my professional life I always had managers with Sales Backgrounds... Means they are good negotiators.. I learnt many things from them....

So Guys in this world we need to learn negotiate to survive. ....

So keep the good vibrations in you and Be honest in any relationship... Don't think much into any relation... Let mind thinks and heart follows it... Don't let heart overtake your brain.... Think about it and try... Certainly you will be a much better human being.... or a "Happier Person" at least.....
